This idea was mooted by ToolKit iSkills in 2020 just when Corona had started.
ToolKit iSkills works with a donor/partner from France (Hilzer) .
The organization has been able to interact with over 500 youth in online jobs.
The organization partners with such organizations such as iMobilis, Ajira Digital, Talent bridge Africa, and Adept Technologies.
Key requirements for a digital worker are
- Basic grammar skills
- Laptop
- Internet
- Smart phone
- Workspace.
